The Marvelwood School is just two hours north of New York City, and three hours west of Boston. Airports convenient to the School are La Guardia and JFK International in New York City, Bradley International in Hartford, Connecticut, Westchester Airport in White Plains, New York, and Newburgh Airport in Dutchess County, New York.
Metro-North train service is accessible within fifteen minutes of campus.

DIRECTIONS TO CAMPUS
Please note that GPS and Internet map directions may direct you along dirt roads, which in some cases is the most direct route. These roads are generally well-maintained and easily-traversable. If you prefer to avoid them, use the following address: 24 North Main Street, Kent, CT, which is the center of the Town of Kent. Then, input the school address: 476 Skiff Mountain Road, Kent, CT. It's about 10 minutes from the center of Kent to campus.

Take I-684 North (from the Saw Mill River Parkway or from I-287) to the end, where it becomes two-lane highway Route 22. Follow 22 North, passing through Pawling, NY. In Wingdale, NY, bear right onto Route 55 East, and follow this to its end, in Gaylordsville, CT. Make a left onto Route 7 North to Kent, CT.
Once in Kent, turn left at the stoplight and monument onto Route 341 West. Cross the bridge over the Housatonic River and make an immediate right onto Skiff Mountain Road. Go 4.5 miles (7 km) to the top of the hill, and make a right at the Marvelwood sign.
FROM BOSTON (APPROX. 3 HOURS) AND HARTFORD (APPROX. 1.5 HOURS):
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Sturbridge, MA and I-84 South/West towards Hartford, CT. Travel through Hartford on I-84 West to Exit 38: Farmington and Route 4 West. Follow Route 4 West to Cornwall Bridge, CT, and bear left onto Route 7 South. Follow Route 7 South to Kent.
Once in Kent, turn right at the stoplight and monument onto Route 341 West. Cross the bridge over the Housatonic River and make an immediate right onto Skiff Mountain Road. Go 4.5 miles (7 km) to the top of the hill, and make a right at the Marvelwood sign.
FROM FAIRFIELD, CT (APPROX. 1.5 HOURS):
Take Route 7 North to Danbury, CT, where it joins briefly with I-84 East. Follow I-84 East/Route 7 to Exit 7 and continue on Route 7 North through New Milford, CT to the town of Kent.
Once in Kent, turn left at the stoplight and monument onto Route 341 West. Cross the bridge over the Housatonic River and make an immediate right onto Skiff Mountain Road. Go 4.5 miles (7 km) to the top of the hill, and make a right at the Marvelwood sign.
FROM BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (APPROX. 1.5 HOURS):
Take Route 20 West toward Granby, CT. Follow Route 20 West to Route 219. Make a left onto Route 219. In Barkhamsted, CT, bear right onto Route 318. Follow Route 318 to its end and make a right onto Route 44 West. Follow Route 44 West to Route 8 South. In Torrington, take Exit 44 and make a right onto Route 4 West. Follow Route 4 West to Cornwall Bridge, CT, and bear left onto Route 7 South. Follow Route 7 South to Kent.
Once in Kent, turn right at the stoplight and monument onto Route 341 West. Cross the bridge over the Housatonic River and make an immediate right onto Skiff Mountain Road. Go 4.5 miles (7 km) to the top of the hill, and make a right at the Marvelwood sign.
FROM ALBANY (APPROX. 2 HOURS):
Take the New York Thruway (Route 90 East) to the Taconic Parkway South to the exit for Route 23 East/Hillsdale, NY. In Hillsdale, make a right onto NY Route 22 South and follow to Amenia, NY. In Amenia, turn left at the light onto Route 343 East to Sharon, CT. In Sharon, proceed through the four-way stop (clock tower on far right corner) onto Route 4 East. Follow Route 4 East to Cornwall Bridge, CT and bear right onto Route 7 South. Follow Route 7 South to Kent.
Once in Kent, turn right at the stoplight and monument onto Route 341 West. Cross the bridge over the Housatonic River and make an immediate right onto Skiff Mountain Road. Go 4.5 miles (7 km) to the top of the hill, and make a right at the Marvelwood sign.
